Can anyone please assist in providing the processes for "Calibrating Brake Pedal Position Sensor & Calibrating the Steering Wheel Angle Sensor - BOTH for the 2015 Challenger? The online Chilton Manual does not really provide this info (Not that I have seen) and I could not find the DETAILS needed in the Challenger Maint Manuals.

You need a witech or Alfa obd for calibration diagnostic procedures for FCA vehicles.

Are you seeing codes or messages for this? I’ve never had to calibrate either, and I’ve replaced my brake sensor and entire brake pedal assembly.

If you have all factory electronics, it WILL NOT let you start the car until the ABS is initialized

car will not let you start it without brake signal and abs. Been there, done that. The code you have isn’t for switch calibration, it’s saying the BCM doesn’t see it. Did it ever, did you always have that code? I bet you’re missing wires/can bus messages. You need to use EVERYTHING unless you use a crate kit.

You can try disabling the ABS or switching the car model in the bcm, but my bet is the brake pedal sends a message to not just the pcm but the abs, and the and then the abs sends a different message to the bcm that it sees the brake pedal. Big can of worms my friend, what all are you using from the diner car electronics wise?

Quick google and… I’m correct

The U11BC fault code is related to the brake switch signal received by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) from the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module.

Dear Unholy...(love the handle by the way) I sent you a Private Message...

SOL...??? Maybe...but the project is moving along.

Sorry Guys - I may not have mentioned this ....but this is for a RestoMod build....Not a Challenger but a 70 Road Runner with a complete 2015 SRT Challenger ALMOST everything...meaning Complete Engine/Trans, rear diff & fuel tank , complete interior & dash & AC w/ all wiring harness's and both power distribution blocks. I DID NOT use the ORS, ABS , Traction Control, Parktronics or Door Modules. I DID USE the PCM, BCM, RF Hub, Steering Column setup with Steering wheel control module, ALL Dash and controls.......Now you see why Im asking the questions I am asking.

Initially - The car would not start...but I did connect with someone that does programming and he did do some rework in the BCM. The car now DOES start....but Haven't gotten to where I can completely shut it off. I have to shut the engine down the emergency way by holding start button in for about 3 seconds...then car goes into Acc. and I have to pull the neg battery cable to kill everything.

Very nice! I’ve been there. Do you have the ABS module? You don’t have to hook up the lines, you just need the module. You can turn off the warning lights and what not in the tune
