Evap Purge valve

I need help with the evap purge valve. In the attatched picture youll see the valve. But it isnt hooked up. Theres is no vacuum on the part pictured. Where does it hook up? I cant seem to find any lines loose or open ports where it would go. I believe its causing a bad vaccum leak and causing her to run lean. Any help appreciated

You have a whipple right? Snakes around to the inlet on the supercharger (a stock one)
