I used to be a huge Richard Petty fan - always a Mopar guy, so what Mopar guy wouldnt support the winningest NASCAR driver in history? I was even on board with Bubba until the "noose" thing - what a pandering crock of shit? I feel like an NFL fan a couple of years after my team won the super bowl (and now I don't recognize a single player - cause they all sold out to a bigger paycheck elsewhere...). NASCAR was holding all the winning cards for a couple years - then they tried to pander the fickle yuppie crowd and now they struggle to just hold onto their base... They should just go back to racing and lose all this hype around playoff and stages and race for the title - I want racing not feel good crap for those that cant win... just my .02

I still enjoy NASCAR, seems like they did their little "woke" BS the first few weeks this season and since then it's been pretty quiet on that front. They can only talk about Bubba Wallace so much when he is rarely ever running in the top 10.

NASCAR is funded by corporate sponsorship, I don't think they could ever have gotten away with not playing the woke game at all. I give NASCAR credit for allowing Kyle Larson to come back after the racial slur incident, was afraid they would succumb to pressure and ban him for good. He has been running well this year.

I quit watching Nascar when they started the "car of tomorrow" bullshyt. Who wants to watch cars that are exactly the same run around in circle anyway. It was built on being stock car racing. They are nowhere near that anymore.

Agree that the old addage of "win on Sunday, Sell on Monday" left the sport a long time ago as the cars are not based on actual production cars anymore. I'm not sure if Toyota even makes any RWD cars, maybe the Supra.

Damn that sucks and my in-laws are 30 minutes from their. And my late father in law had season tickets and he retired to that area just to be close to the raceway. He passed in December 2017 sadly from Pancreatic Cancer.

Yeh tell me about it I bought some Moonshine down there about 7 years ago and holly crap that shit just about killed me. Like you I had been drinking some wine and then took some swigs of the Moonshine. I just about went into convulsions and holly crap that was way to dangerous to me since that stuff is JUST to POTENT😳. Its Moonshine and only Moonshine and do not drink other drinks while drinking moonshine your body will not do well. Ask me how I know😜
