What to cross shop with C8 Z06?

Now I have my deposit in at Ciocca, I'm also thinking of perhaps cross shopping other cars around the same price (new or used is fine by me, but used preferred where applicable. Even a stellar lease deal on a new car works) now. Maybe take a gander at CT5 Blackwing, used RS7, used R8 V10 Vert. No interest in the Plaid. Lotus Emira doesn't have enough HP for $94k IMO.

What am I missing? No new GT500. Too much $ for a Mustang IMO. Especially when I already have a Hellcat. Maybe GT-R, but not for near $100k. . Hellcat is my DD all year, yes even winter here in PA. DD is not a requirement, but would be an added bonus! Then I'd likely sell the Hellcat & free up that money. C8Z is obviously not going to be my winter DD.

Horsepower. Speed. Still comfy with heated & cooled seats if I am daily driving it. Handling better than Hellcat would be nice too LOL

I once thought about trying something different than the Hellcat. Nothing has the torque and feel of the hellcat. People with GT500s have told me they miss the grunt of their hellcat.
If you aren't looking to spend big I guess I'm not sure what options you want that would fit the category as the Hellcat. For the price the hellcat is hard to beat. I mean you could get a Trackawk or TRX I guess if you wanted a good winter daily.

We have seen a lot of conversation like this. The hellcat has been out for a long time now. People are getting bored and want something else. The new flashy numbers of the Plaid look fun and people sell their hellcat thinking the Plaid is better I'll just get that. Then they realize the plain is 150k and in a completely different price catergory. By the sounds of it you will be running into the same issue. You want something better but anything that is potentially better (depending on what you are looking for) is way more money. I think the Hellcat is still a pretty unique car and met the categories I wanted when I picked up a for fun car.

I have an Explorer ST on the way but by no means will that replace the Hellcat. Two completely different categories of cars. I have a Ram 2500 Cummins as well but again a different category that won't replace the Hellcat. The Hayabusa made a good daily for a few months this year....

@NeverEnough go look at used C7’s to hold you over. Their prices are going to move in the next couple of years dependent on just how many C8’s Chev will make for us. So if you do that, choose wisely for a potential resale or trade for your new unit.

I was just saying if you are looking for something new maybe you could just trade and upgrade to the Redeye Charger and save a ton of money instead of getting another toy. You’ll likely never be happy with something different even if you get something more exotic than a Hellcat

I have connections to order new ones if you guys are interested, I don't know how much over msrp they are going for now but the new ones are like $190k. If you ordered a gt3 last year at msrp you could potentially flip it for 50-100k over msrp.
