Stripes of many different types has always been a Mopar thing.

The Challenger did. The were called the high belt and low belt stripe.

Top is a T/A and bottom is a thinner stripe. I was just saying I never saw a long thick stripe like that on a Challenger before

This is the one year only Dodge Challenger T/A w/340 Six Pak. Note the stripe is similiar to custom stripe on my Redeye. ;-) This was the only stripe package for a real T/A.

Mine was a stripe delete. Probably a 1 of 1. I'm sure that it was crushed years ago.

I do know that our family had a 63 or 64 Barracuda, 1st year, all most went off Lookout MT ass a passagener. 289, straight shift,,,, no stripe. One ugly back wind shield.
