If like myself, you are one of the many waiting to hear about your order for a new Challenger Redeye Jailbreak AND especially if you have a 5N7 sales code and a BG Order Status, Dodge is probably NOT going to be able to fill these orders. And in fact, most of these orders will eventually have to be canceled by the factory. This is mainly due to both supply issues as well as limited production capability.

However, Dodge completely misread the overwhelming demand for these cars. They were planning on (based on parts availability) only building a limited number of Redeyes. Then they went bat sh*t crazy with advertising the ‘Last Call’ hype and things got completely out of control. They simply DO NOT HAVE the parts to make enough cars to fill the overwhelming number of orders.

And there is no way they can go back and re-start the supply chain all over again, that would take years and they wouldn't do it anyway on models that are being discontinued!

I know this applies to the Redeye Challengers and I assume it applies to Redeye Chargers also since they are built on the same assembly line.

It looks like many of us still waiting for our Challenger Redeye Jailbreaks are going to get an unpleasant surprise when our orders are cancelled, aka a Dodge Powered Colonoscopy!

(I'm not at liberty to say anything about my source so don't bother asking but the writing is on the wall anyway for all to see).

I have heard that D170 builds set to start in July could bleed off parts and time dedicated to ALL other Dodge Challenger orders, so you probably should be worried. It makes sense for Dodge to do everything they can to build these high ADM cars to help feed the soon-to-be muscle-free dealerships in 2024. All of this talk about ADM cars being built last is mostly for public/PR saving face/consumption. The dealers ABSOLUTELY want those high ADM cars built (Dodge too, due to the high profit margins), even if it means they lose earlier much lower profit orders that end up getting canceled.

We don’t ship them until they’re complete, they just pile up at the plant until the parts arrive.
So no service after the fact required. That’s a really shitty plan and even we’re not that bad!🤣 I know Furd does that a lot, we don’t.

SOME of the supply chain would seemingly still be intact.

They need to feed Direct Connect and spare parts for years to come.

They may have some stock piles and just told the others build minimum tou can under terms.of existing contracrs, then shut down we wont be optioning more. That would explain why they are not sure exactly what will be built bc they have no control and dont care

Considering how many car part transporters seem to crash in that part of Canada, it's a small miracle that they can produce any vehicles at all.

Funny thing. Ordered a F150 XL 5.0 Supercab 3/22/23, It was shipped 4/15/23.

Nor sure what is going on.

For the record: I wanted a Ram but in 2023 all 5.7's are eTorque. Pass.

I think the raptor and the trx are great trucks in their own right, trx better on the street and the raptor better off road, but people need something to argue about I guess.

In reality though it all boils down to the last two lines. I guarantee that is the ultimate goal.
