Anytime I've ever heard of something described as a sales success the phrase "sold reasonably well" is right there.

The EV lover at work never seems to drive his Tesla to work on days like today
It was -13 on my way to work. WC -34F
Going to be like this for tomorrow too.
In fact, the entire week is going to have near 0F temps.

That is enough to not want to buy an electric car. Every winter we get a really cold spell like this.
