If I were you, I would install these supporting mods before adding power and learning the car at stock power.

Reasoning, upgrading to a great tire has a greater possibility at stock power of snapping the DS or breaking the Diff. Then when we increase power, DS and Diff will snap if not upgraded.

Any concerns with belt slip even after you've gotten the idler and the grip-tek coating?
I would just say, consider a 10% lower so that you can run a larger upper and help prevent slip/fail of the belt.
Several people are successful with small uppers, but it seems to be luck over consistency. You may need additional belt reinforcement.

Otherwise, looks like a great build.
