Been using micro fiber towels made for drying off cars.
Was thinking about a blow-dryer, but then I picked up "the Absorber"
I have no idea how long it's been around, but I am impressed.
When you ring it out, it's just as dry as when you started
Yes, still have to sweat, but makes it allot easier for drying.

I just started using a blower. Does a really good job, especially on the wheels. Tough for me to reach the roof. Ive got to rig up something flexible.

DI water system for wash & rinse then B&D cordless leaf blower + MF towels for the drips (yeah, I'm pretty anal retentive).

I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to proper car washing. As my motivation is up due to a new car, I've been trying some new things. I liked the pressure washer with foam cannon thing. I then attempted drying the car with a cordless leaf blower. This was not super successful as I just pushed water around in an unsatisfying manner. I found a nozzle on Ebay for my Dewalt blower that I hope will be better. I think the large size of the nozzle was a problem. Hopefully this will narrow it and increase velocity, will try it soon. I'm also going to use Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax and see if that helps bead up the water making for easier blow drying. I'll try the flooding method as well when rinsing. This car is big, its a workout washing the beast. Looks good though, just need to find a method that isn't onerously long and taxing. I wan't to drive it more than wash it.

For cleaning wheels I found this to be the most effective and convenient way to get them done without getting my hands dirty 7D4A4746-6729-4B64-AD78-708DDB12D980.jpeg

I have always liked a chamois and then following up with a blower for nooks and crannies. Lately I have been trying out a mix of chamois and microfiber - it seems to have promise.

One of these; literally. The Gyeon Silk Dryer; I only need one to dry my entire car (except for the wheels - I use a simple microfiber).

You simply lay this dryer flat on the paint and smoothly pull off, using only the weight of the towel. It's better than TRG's Platinum Pluffle, which I have now relegated to second string.

Most of the time it’s 70mph all the way home, then use glass cleaner on all the glass. The white cars don’t show water spots. If I wash ‘er at home, chamois and park back in the garage.

The Absorber is the shi* , I use my Echo blower first for all the cracks & crevice's ( mind out of gutter ) , then I use the Absorber to finish it off.
