with ev's I think we will see some bs coming. Police chases will end because they will cut the power. With the current electronics of most cars they could have already done this but I feel with the ev's they are going to take more control and the 1000hp will also end

Maybe the system could be set up to detect texting instead? Wouldn't be all bad if some drivers would be forced to actually pay attention to what they're doing.

Truly, should have a proximity switch in FOB that shuts car off after 1320 feet! Far enough for them to just jump out and run leaving you safely 1/4 mile away but still close enough for you to go get your car after the POS thieves run off!
