The sublime 'Bird is a dream that will likely never come to pass as wing car prices have gone insane.
At this point, I'd settle for being able to take one for a drive
Shame you sold the wing car, looks like it was in great shape. I've seen pics of your 'Cuda's before and they also look to be in tip-top condition !!

For a while in the mid 90's I lived a few miles from Bill Jacobson's place in Oldsmar (Silverdollar). Got to go walk around his 'museum' from time to time, he had quite the collection of wing cars and 'Cudas. He was doing rotesseire restorations on-site at the time, sadly he sold it all off and the cars have been scattered to the wind. Some of the coffee table Mopar books still use pics of cars he owned and/or restored.

I never thought I'd own one, but a friend pushed me into a deal. I did a ton of work to it, drove it like a beat and was presented with an offer no one would refuse. He paid off my house and I have lots of gas money for my 70 and 71 Barracudas, and my Jeeps. In the big picture, it was like driving a house....It wasn't me.
