So after I called SRT yday, a few hours later my salesman texted to tell me the bad news. He went further to say that hes seeing in his computer, “delayed” and he is not sure why that happened. I said I hope it didnt get damaged and he replied no thats probably not the case because it doesnt say “body vendor” on his computer.

I hope it's not the case, but it could be that it hasn't made it to the body vendor yet.
On the other hand, our severely delayed '19 never made it to a body vendor, but had chassis damage.
Which could've gone unnoticed.

Having two kids I feel I should get a Charger as "my car".....but we have a Durango SRT already and I'm generally solo in the car. I can't decide whether I want an F8 Charger WB, or an F8 Challenger WB (know, 1st world problems).

Hmm you are in a bit of a bind there with that decision. Even though I have a Jeep Renegade as the beater, I wanted another Charger b/c I do like having the room for the passengers.

Tomorrow will be a week of sitting in Toledo. There has been no update today. Unless its on a truck already without any update, I dont think its making the 8/17 delivery date.

That sucks because if I cant pick it up Monday its going to have to sit till the weekend.

Great news this morning, car hit the port - will be available anytime after Tuesday!!!!

Oh.....cuz I was serious.....I really would leave it on there....but that's me

I wouldn’t mind leaving it on for a few weeks but I heard dust builds up in between the splitter and the actual bumper, it begins to scratch if you leave it on for awhile. Don’t know if it’s true but heard Dodge did this on purpose so owners will take it off. 🤔

That car looks sharp as hell. It's kind of different seeing the rear spoiler in body color since it seems like most of them are black.....or maybe I just never noticed the body color ones before.

I was thinking the same thing. The car looks different in certain angles

A little late on the congrats! Damn Dodge really wanted people to remove to splitter protector with that pink color.
