I ordered a Rear Seat Delete Kit today...finally, it’s here!!!😁

I would recommend following Steve White Motors on facebook, they get these kits in from time to time and always post up when they do, then they sell out in like a day. Earlier this year they got in like 8-10 OEM Demon hoods, and I've seen these rear seat delete kits in the past too. Didn't realize how hard this stuff was to get...will buy the next one I see!

Their kits dont seem to include the rear package tray and they are something like 100.00 more plus shipping.

When I watched Redeye Racing video awhile ago he deleted the rear seats and added the liner materials so it still looks nice. Your only taking out about 50 pounds from the rear seats and adding the liner back in is like 20 pounds. So your only losing about 30 maybe 35 pounds. If you delete the front passenger seat that’s like 60 pounds though. And put a driver race seat in that saves another 30 pounds. It adds up but from what I saw on his video but your not really taking much out with the rear seats delete by itself if you put the liner in. But replacing the front driver seat with a race seat and deleting the passenger will get you like 80 pounds off or more depending on the race seats you put in there.. his whole setup with race seats in front and delete rear and put liner in saved about 100 pounds.

Gotcha, not sure what kit he used. But he did scale everything he took out and put back in. It’s a pretty good informative video.

Yes sir! Yeah I just thought I’d mention that.. I was surprised it only deleted like 30 pounds.. because I was looking into it awhile ago for the Redeye. I got hoodstooth cloth in mine so my car already weighs a bit less than the Laguna leather. Plus I have no stereo upgrade or sunroof

I’ve got enough room in the back of my Road Runner to throw them in for a ride.

I just ordered my SECOND rear seat delete kit this year on Wednesday. The first one came in 7 weeks with a 2020 RedEye wrapped around it and the second one will have a Super Stock wrapped around it at around 80K. So, yeah, if they are all being prioritized for assembly line production I am not helping matters much.

BTW, the ones that Steve White Sells are made up of the indivdual parts ordered one at a time and then put together into a kit. That is primarily why they cost more. I was told they are only missing some sort of filler strip or foam strip that you do not see and the plug for the seat belt in the C Pillar. So, maybe they do include a package shelf.......

I’ve been holding mine forever! I think I’m dead now😂 good luck, let us know so I can get pissed all over again👍 The bad thing is because it was special order they made me pay up front😡😡😡😡
