They would withhold $22350 from my insurance check which you have to calculate the 6% that I would lose for deducting that amount, if that makes sense.

Impact was about 45-50 mph since there was little time for much braking.

A friend of mine just totaled his I think 2016 HC and he is looking at moving up to a Redeye Widebody. He is excited but tough way to get to this point. Glad you both are ok!!

I have to wonder though, how would you both have faired in another vehicle?
You see, the Hellcat is a beast! And although she catches a lot of flack because of her size and weight, I personally feel this is just another huge benefit.

I understand contemplating another choice, and reaching out here was a smart idea.
However, I do feel deep down you already know in your heart the answer.

Without taking anyone's feelings into consideration but your own, you know the only answer for replacement is the Non widebody M6 Hellcat.
Flares belong on a truck, and well if your going to take a step back and go A8 you might as well go the distance and get a Tesla.

Sadly sometimes these things just can't be avoided due to the beyond insane amount of idiot moronic loser drivers on the road.
However making the proper and smart choice for replacement relies solely in your hands.

Why can’t it be fixed?

Seats alone (once air bags deployed), if leather, is 2400- 2800. Mine had far less damage than this, but was still totaled.

Sorry to hear / see this. So glad you and your son are OK. I think you deserve to step up into a Red Eye. Big difference. BTW, there scamming you on the price they want for the salvage. I can't see ANY salvage yard paying that much for the car as is. Since they are totaling it on you, they better be giving the salvage yard a salvage title too. I think that car will be bought for less money than they're offering it to you for and if they don't do a salvage title, that car will end up being repaired. Insurance companies are real scammers when it comes to pay outs. Fight real hard for the highest amount you can get. You need to suddenly get neck pains and head aches.

It has some frame damage and will have a salvage certificate. It could be fixed but I would never want it.

Since the car is totaled now, you technically don’t have a hellcat, so you have a very short window to get another one or the mods are gonna ban you. Hurry up and get another hellcat.

Climbing into a C8 is like climbing into bed, getting into a C8 is the easy part.
It's fucked up that people with nice cars are very careful and some clown always has to come around and hit you.
