Just Purchased my 2022 TRX today

Placed my order today. Got my VON but waiting on VIN. Told it will take between 90-120 days. I ended up ordering from Iowa as NY dealers wanted $10k to $25k over MSRP. Also got to build exact truck that I wanted. Looking forward to being a member of the forum.

Please take that with a healthy dose of sodium. That way you don't set yourself up for disappointment.

There's at least one guy who ordered in January who hasn't got his yet. Okay, that's abnormal, and 90 days would be about right for an order placed this spring...for a somewhat lightly optioned '21 TRX.

The ongoing/worsening chip shortage isn't in your favor, and that they haven't even started building '22s yet doesn't help any.
But hang in there, it'll be worth the wait.

My buddy just got his TRX & had it at the track last Friday night, bone stock still with paper tags. It ran 12.65 @ 107 1/4 mile. Not bad for a big heavy truck.

I have to say, I was disappointed.
Not in your buddy, just that they didn’t run 11s out of the box. I’m happy for him

And yeh the Hellcat Charger owners here are just really driving Taxi Cabs.....wait a second damn I now have 4 door vehicles😳. Holly crap Women what the hell they do to ya😁

At this point she has 50% 2-doors and 50% taxis. But there's a multi-door Audi ordered.
EDIT: Forgot, she has three 2-doors and only two taxis now. When the Audi eventually materializes, it'll be 50/50.

Not really sure what my percentages are right now, but the 2-doors have a very comfortable lead. Adding the new 1500 won't make a dent in that ratio.

Nearly 7k lbs with a driver and rims/tires weigh 100 lbs per corner. Hell of a truck nonetheless. I still miss my Chally though.

Yeah the TRX is tall, heavy, not very aerodynamic & has mud tires.

Heck, I was a bit disappointed in how the Trackhawk accelerated, and it has lower gears, shorter tires, and weighs less.
But I would've been ecstatic about its performance had I not been spoiled by the Challenger.

Learned on another forum that with a TRX, at least, the lighter it is, the higher its top speed.

Physics be damned, the new math rules.
