As I was pulling in the person in the blue car was getting in their car. She was motioning me to move out of her way so she could leave.




Would you get back in your car, started it up & back up a few feet or What would you do?

Covid,masks and lockdowns have made people go crazy about stupid things.

I also would check my car in the front to be sure it is ok.
People are weird that way. They Hit your car and then your distracted when moving it.
They leave and they are gone.

I would guess that she is a terrible driver, and so likely would have moved, so she had lots of room, instead of risking her hitting my car.

Because anyone who has even the slightest clue how to drive, would have backed that blue car up, then pulled out.

I'm right there with you Mike, as you can see I stepped away from the car and took a picture to smoke a cigarette while I waited for the car to fill up. Soon as I took a picture she jumped out of her car and said "don't take a picture of my car” and I told her "I'll take a picture of anything I want!”

This is when she started "you motherfucker!" "you bitch!” And all that shit.

She shut the door and motion like she's trying to get something from underneath her seat.

Incompetent driver can't back up?
Doesn't understand which direction to park next to a pump so that this isn't a problem in the first place.

I think the nonsensical aspect of her motions would have made me get out and ask her what she needs, then depending on her answer and presentation, I would have said, "You're clear to back up and go around", "Kiss my ass, please.", or "Whatever you need." verbally, while thinking ill of her while I got out of her way, remembering that she's in a $20k car and probably doesn't have insurance to cover but half of mine at best.

Maybe I'm just not seeing all the aspects though. She definitely has a bad case of Hellcat envy. At least she's in a Dodge.

I guess it depends on my mood but I would have suggested she back up a bit and offered to guide her out if she was having a problem, so basically intimated that she couldn't drive.

I had similar not long ago, I'd parked to the side at the gas station to get milk and a bloke in a scrapper came and parked behind me. There was a queue at the cash desk and the bloke was browsing the shelves. I came out and reversed backwards so I could pull off. He then came running across the forecourt shouting and going ahead. I opened my window to enquire what the problem was and he started going on about how close I was to the front of his car and why couldn't I have waited. Why would I have waited when there was plenty of space? I calmly told him that I had a camera and could clearly see there I wasn't going to hit his (I was going to get closer until he came out). He then got even more animated and was all red in the face and looked like he was going to have a heart attack. I told him to FO and drove away, he leapt into his car and followed me so I did 25mph for a long way down the road to annoy him before gunning it.

I'm always amazed and left puzzled by people.

I would've gone about my business getting gas or whatever you were doing. She could sit there and scream, cry, do whatever she wants. I would've told her she was absolutely clear to back up and go on her way.

Then..........I would've done things to make myself be there longer.

Check my oil.

Check my other fluids.

Check my air pressure.

And if she tried to get in my face......that's what the pepper spray is for.
