What is this on my front tire?

Reaching out to all of you experts out there.

I was finally getting my rock guards on the car today and noticed this on my front driver's side tire. Is not something in the tire, it seems to be in it or part of the tire. Honestly, it has me a little concerned a week and a half prior to driving to challengerfest.

The 4th pic with the darker section is going over the wearband. Front tires have 1450 miles on them.

At first, the stripes did look like egg pods of some sort, but upon closer inspection, that's not what they are.

Hard to say, but I would not worry about it. Maybe they got a little sloppy with the factory markings.

Looks like what ever it is, is on the side of the grooves as well. Like you drove thru something & it stuck.
Does it scrape or wash off ? It appears to be 'on' the tire, not embedded into the rubber.

@MikeD1, it does not scrape or wipe off. It feels embedded in the rubber.

Very weird, I'd contact Pirelli directly and send them the pics to see what they say about it & if they are safe to drive on.

Maybe it's a marker indicating that a roll of rubber or belts that go into the manufacture of the tires is near the end. Kind of like cash register tape. Just a wild ass guess.
