Sweet, mine went straight from waiting to be built to waiting for final inspection...and there it sits...

Well, Dealer gave me the same info...but that could be where they are getting their info?? I really don't know...

That's good, it must have improved then. I got all kinds of false info from chat, but the dealer had the actual facts.
Not that they were the facts I wanted to hear..

That was about a year ago, and that infamous order was shipped three times according to chat. When the car finally showed up at the dealer, over four months after being built, it was damaged.

Let's hope they have improved on that part, too.

Holy smokes, talk about a heartbreaker!!! I would probably cry I'd be so mad!!! Certainly not the dealers fault, but they would bear the brunt of my frustration for sure!!!

We're friends, and it was worse for him than for us.
Ended up ordering a second one once the initial order was confirmed AWOL, so he got stuck with the original car, in a very small town. I felt sorry for him.

Just got my Window Sticker! Does that mean it goes to shipping next? What kind of timeline do you think I’m looking at to pick up car at the dealer? I live in Ohio.

Yikes I hope mine doesn't take that long I will be hauling it home in an enclosed trailer lol. What color did you order? How many days from order to D1? I think mine might go faster than that as I can't imagine there are too many cars ahead of me at this point in the year.....

It is B5 Blue Pearlcoat, M6, no stripes, Dynamics Package, Plus and Convenience Package, Red Brake Calipers, Adaptive Damping Suspension.

Nope, just looked it up, 8/8 it's been 2 months!!

My strong guess is that it is due to your unique color options (paint,stripes,wheels,brakes)

That will be beautiful when it comes in though. You have a bunch of stuff that is done at the upfitter though too which slows it down....
