Put the 6 tabs in the passenger side. The long arms would not come apart when they were new. I had to use a rubber mallet to knock them apart. Well they were not budging with all the bolts loosened. I disconnected the outside bolt and was able to tap it apart again. So what I thought would be quick job turned into an hour. I get to do it again when my 5 and 7 tabs come in

So an interesting find yesterday. I was changing out the wheels and decided to wipe down the calipers. I noticed the pins that hold the pads in were coming out. You can see them from the front the pin should come through but I guess I didn't notice. I have no idea how long this has been this way. Both fronts. The rears were fine. Pics are the back of the driver side and the front of the passenger side

My 5 and 7 tabs are suppose to be here today so hoping to get them put in. I will be going back in to check alignment.
I hate changing 2 things at once but the arms and 315s made a huge improvement on how the car launches

Tabs are here. Talked to Parker Wednesday night and they were sent out Thursday. They sell them in set of 8 because the front arms take 4 each. If you need 2 sizes like I did he said to order 1 and put a note in there you need another and you can get 4 of each

Parker's a real good dude. Hung out with him a lot at Challengerfest this year. He had a new Bronco he's doing development work on and everyone said it was awesome to drive.

That's weird that the pins popped out, you change the pads b4 ? maybe they didn't get seated good or they need a little Anti seize to move with caliper / rotor movement when braking.

AAD sells them all. -9 to +9. Never would use +2 and below. I think with them giving you +2 +4 +6 you may be able to hit what you need. Of coarse I needed +5 and +7

Based on what the arms come with and what other have used, if you buy +5 and +7 I think you will have a good chance of having the tabs you will need since you will have +4 to+7

I am real curious what it will actually show when I go back in to check it

I think you could go to the alignment shop everyday & it will change some. Once you add or subtract weight & the suspension moves as you drive, it won't be the same. As long as it's close & not out of specs then your good.

Parker said weight wouldn't effect it as much as you think but when I got gas and went back it had moved. If one side turns out to be further off then I want I will change it and go back again. All the checks are free. Once it is close (probably already is) I will get toe back in line if it has moved too much being I think I will have to pay for a change

When I had mine done I paid for a lifetime alignment. It was like $90 more than a one time so made sense to me. When talking about fractions of a degree you're really getting specific. I had mine set with 1/2 tank of fuel which is what I race with and asked for the +.25 camber to account for my body weight and some squat at launch. The final sheet had left camber at +.3° and right at +.1°. Toe was +.10 left and +.08 right shooting for .10 on both.

Tech claimed just the fan blowing on the car would make the reading fluctuate a bit. I didn't see that personally though.

Tabs used on mine:
Camber on both #6
Tension Arms #2
Toe Links #1

YMMV and you'll definitely feel a difference driving if you haven't already. Took a minute to get used to. With the tires more square to the ground and 305/35R20s it wants to grab the dip or seam at times.

Any reason you didn't just do +6 on both arms? Seems doing different tabs would throw more settings off. I was also around 1/2 tank

Based on last time I should be +.25 on both sides but we will see

Both arms on same side is what I mean instead of 6 and 2. It did says in the instructions you could make all your camber adjustments with the camber arm though

Oh gotcha, yeah I just took the bags of tabs and dropped the car off to a guy that had done an AAD alignment before and told him I wanted .10 toe and .25 camber and this is where it landed. He told me he basically set the car to my specs then found the tabs that fit, which I thought was a pretty good idea.
