One route home from the gun club takes me through Exeter Academy. It is 25mph with several crosswalks and I often need to stop to let pedistrians by. It was busy today, maybe prospects visiting? Waited for 3 groups to pass, like usual, everyone walks by with blinders on, except for one student today, couldn’t take his eyes off the car! Another incident of “there might still be some hope for the youth of today”. If it’s wasn’t Exeter, 25mph, 1 block from the PD dept, I would have done a smoke show for the kid.
Absolutely there is hope. Stopped at the gas station the other day and wife ran into get a cookie and there were two late year teens on skate boards by the door. They opened the door for my wife who stopped to talk to them for a second. She stuck her head around the door and said "REV IT" so of course I obliged, as they they skated away I heard the one kid say to the other "Man, that made my whole day"

I like doing it for any younger kids!! Gotta keep that muscle car enthusiasm alive in the youth!

Also last night I stopped to feed the beast again and an about 40 yr old black gentleman was parked next to me with a white Ferd Mustang Mach-E with temp tags on it. He come out of the gas station giggling like a little girl, asked me a couple questions about any mods I've made (none done) and I asked him about his brand new EV and he just kept saying "Yeah it's nice but, it's no that" Then he got in and silently drove off:LOL::ROFLMAO:

Wife calls it my DUDE MAGNET:love::cool:

Washed it, then decided to take these out.

Not very pretty without, but I'd rather have them out and ugly versus them trapping water and rusting.

Some curb rash picking up prescriptions for my mom. Only good thing is it’s just paint and did not gouge wheel but still chaps my ass🤬
You should be able to find a wheel repair shop that will put it back perfectly.

Trunk lid I guess Bull?

Sorry, yes, I thought it was more obvious.

Water drips forever out of these after a bath.

I just had to go out and look, never knew they were there. Never noticed dripping but I'll watch out. Probably a good ideal to remove them anyway.

2, should have done it anyway!
I am sure the area is saturated with the latest technology video surveillance available, probably a very good thing I chickened out.

When your OCD kicks in and you open the trunk to drain and dry the trunk lid and hinge area, you'll notice it then...

I always sandwich a towel in the trunk opening at least overnight after washing. AFTER blowing the lid (the tail light area) laterally with a powerful leaf blower and performing the above open-close-open routine.

And a quick 100 mph ride helps dry the car. Lol

Chatting about car washes made me think of some minor surface rust I have on some front end suspension parts, bolts and nuts. No biggie. Next time I’m under my car, I’m gonna clean it up with a wire brush and spray rust inhibitor on those areas.

I also bought a can of undercoat spray. I was thinking of spraying it on the metal floor boards and any other metal that would prevent corrosion and rust.

Does anyone else have surface rust on their new cars with only 1500 miles?

Ughhh, no. I thought they gave all the steel to China to make bombs to drop from baloons.
Speaking of police acadamies. I went 2 1 in Chatt Town with military uniforms and all. No girls no blacks. Religious thang, right. Central High School was right behind Mc Callie Institution fur nutts. Central had a racial riot 1 day. Sum of my blond haired bitches were gettin violated. Snot good at all. The teachers marched us down to the field deviding the 2 schools and a 40 foot fence. We all had our own M14s to drill with. This day they handed out the rifels with 4 clips of live ammo, I was 12, told us to get into kneeling firing positions and shoot at free will. At what, some one asked?? Drill instructor said any one coming over the fence. Protect the school grounds they demanded. At 12 waz the 1st person to beez shot by me.
