Thanks for posting that detail sheet. I am very interested. Now, I'm not familiar with TN criminal procedure, and it may just be a "term of art" but it sounds like the upcoming appearance on 15 Nov is to try and come to a plea bargain ("Settlement"). If so, and I was DA, I'd be pretty hard nosed about it because the video tells the story. This guy did not give a damn. And twin felonies like that, you've just F'ed up your life my friend. Of course, he may be a guy that's already been inside and is involved in gang activities, etc..., (drugs, guns, dead body, in car making it in his interest to get away - these felonies being much less onerous than 45 pounds of cocaine in the trunk or whatever) but I have seen just the same moronic behavior from spoiled brats too. There is a lack of parenting skills that scares me now. Don't get me wrong, my parents weren't perfect by any means, but neither am I out robbing folks and acting the ass either.
