ic chiller couple questions

the 3/4 hose and clamps how much pressure will they be under 50lbs or over? for the clamps I'll use ear clamps I dont trust worm clamps. And what insulation do you guys use or recommend? And I did decide to go with the 3 way valve. thanks guy for any help

This is what I used for the insulation of the AC lines..... Make sure u buy the upgraded intercooler pump Interchiller sells. Its like $700.

Coolant? < 50. Worm clamps work fine. Use the good plush copper pipe insulation, not the thick styrofoam kind. Get it at Lowe’s or Home Depot

I can shut my chiller off and it’ll keep the coolant cool for 30 minutes with stock capacity
