I like it. Yep, grip is a problem, yet high speed tires or tires like I use for lapping can’t be those smaller diameter and much different tire design types our drag racing friends use to get it hooked up at slower speeds. I am at a decision point in a couple of weeks. It is likely to be a fairly cool day in central Minnesota for a track day in two weeks. I don’t know if I want the Cup 2’s which work so much better when hot. Or, use the good old Pirelli tires built for more overall temperatures. I am driving until then with the OEM’s and playing with them when I can.
We have a giant straight. Upper 160’s or so could be possible before the brakes come out to slow down and stabilize a bit.
