I don't know what that black stuff is.....I can tell you that I never got it.

I'm not sure how it counts each voter versus each voter's 2 votes. Maybe members either aren't voting twice, or don't know that they can vote twice????

Well I'm glad you clarified HOW to vote twice. I made my first vote, then only had the option to change it. I didn't see a way to vote the second time after I had votred the first time. I plead guilty to being ignorant of the full process.

I'll go stand in the corner now and think about what I've done

Well and as further further further clarification, you can change your vote MANY times, so go make sure you've voted as you intended, for up to 2 people.
