I'm afraid I won't get your vote then.

First, I don't like working on things that can't be welded. Also, the turning radius when pulling a gooseneck would be severely limited due to the narrow door.

Nowhere near as elegant, but I did foolishly build a "camper tray" for mine so I could put a Bigfoot on it. Took one short test drive, then put the flatbed back on and sold the camper. Why? Because I would've had to change my driving style a lot...or only drive on roads with no curves in them.

You could easily put a pool in the back. The garage section is 20 feet long.

For a sauna, just go visit DavidKFla and don't use the A/C. Breakfast? Sorry, you're on your own.
Unless you become breakfast when stepping out and there's a hungry gator just outside the door. Then you're really on your own.
