I have a reservation on the Scout Traveler (SUV) with the Harvester package. The Harvester package is a gas powered range extender similar to the Ramcharger, and the claim is 500 miles on one tank/charge. I think the Scout has some potential.

The Ramcharger is supposedly over 600-mile range, and this is why I too believe it has potential and is the ONLY electric Stellantis product I think might succeed.

One of the major problems I see is that insurance companies are jacking up the rates on anything with a battery because of the fire risk.

VW bought the Scout name, but it is its own vehicle. It’s also running Rivian software (VW invested in Rivian as well). It’s a cool company, and I like the story.

I see the Rivian trucks all the time around here. They seem to have a good reputation.
