When the Hellcat first came out, there was no moon roof option. The moon roof and “Alacantera” (have to check spelling) leather seats were a mid year option after these cars were a bigger hit than expected. The new seats looked great, but then a bunch of people that got them were on the forums complaining they fell apart. So I was bummed, but happy how it worked out.

Sorry, post round stogie followed me home, won’t open the door until tomorrow, lol. Getting frustrated finding a good pic of the late 2015 Alcantara seats online. Was a lot of threads on this and the “other” forum back in the day. Could probably find one that has decent pics.

Maybe it's worth pointing out that not only is this the lowest mileage entry, it is also by far the least powerful. Ever.

With a listed shipping weight of 5,489 lbs. it's quite heavy, and the 49.1 hp makes that a dismal 111.8 lbs./hp.
Realistically, that means HFCOTM is the only thing it could possibly win.

That's nice Jimmy. I like the DHC. Good all-round versatile vehicle with some HP. I was thinking about selling my Challenger HC & trading in my Ram to get one but just couldn't do it. In the end I didn't think it would be good to work out of it or be good for a daily driver. I would put too many miles on it. Right now, I work out of my Ram & is my daily. The 17 HC has only 11k on it, weekend toy.

I think you did the right thing. The Challenger would be one of the last vehicles I'd get rid of. It's my favorite car.

It could be an early prototype of the upcoming offerings from Dodge, going from 710 to 49.1 hp.
If so, it would really boost their Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) ratings.

I originally bought the 4 door. Then added a 2 door. 2 door is gone, 4 door is still here.

The 4 door just works better for us. Besides it's far more comfortable and has more power equipment than the 2 door.
