That's the truth. When I'd help my cousin he'd always park way out. Life got better when he bought a golf cart.
When's the golf cart getting a little extra hp?
My mother lived on premisis of the yact club on Chick a mauga Lake. She went thru a few after 35 years but sure did help on the falling down the hill. There are 15 houses on site of the club. Grew up there. Sum places you just have to hook up with em.
Jeez. Keep your pants on. Lol I just got the thing 4 hours ago. I did have to get the ugly steering wheel off and upgraded. I got some fun stuff in boxes waiting.
No. Thatโs their problem ๐. You will note that there is one of the mesh filters on there in some of the pics. Thatโs there for all engine running time up to on the track. When itโs time to run, that will come off and birds and small mammals be damned ๐น
Every time Iโve thrown a belt or snap a tensioner, pieces of it get everywhere in my engine bay including my filter. On top of that, my mph never really changed when I tried no filter on and off for most of last year so I run with one now all the time. Just something to consider. Your risk of throwing belts is probably a lot lower then mine given the rotor mass is considerably less in that 3.0L

That is certainly a consideration. Just looking at the belt placement and the probable stress on the tensioner with this 3.0 compared to the 4.5 is hopeful as far as the life of the belt goes. I knocked the belt on my 4.5 off a couple of times but never disintegrated one. I know the Dragpaks donโt run a filter and have a forward facing open Ram air setup. I canโt do that with the stock cradle and radiator in my car. I am thinking about how to fabricate a box around this to separate the intake opening from the engine compartment. Not a tight airbox, but something that will create some containment for the air coming in from the headlight opening and also the heat exchanger opening below. I also have a K&N type filter that attaches in place of the velocity stack. I am planning on doing a comparison between the two once Iโm on track. I wonโt be surprised if it performs better with the filter and if it does then weโll know. If notโฆ. Wonโt I be smart! ๐
No halfass intercooler hose fittings for Stinky. Off the icebox coolant line splits for dual entry into the DragPak Whipple. Look at the size of this guy! AN-16 Porn star ๐คฉ
I didn't think so. Under those conditions,, you do not need the weakness. Have used them under low pressure. Thought that wood get your attention. Man U Well Breaka Way. Fittings. No wall thickness?? That's alright. I can dial it in at the high performance shop when they bring me a sample.
This was a big one. Iโm keeping the stock dash in the car and needed to figure out a way to mount the Holley Digital display screen. This took some modification/fabrication/figuring to get it done, but it turned out clean and solid and within easy reach for the touch screen functions.
