What keeps it from flying off after a pass?
Super Velcro. I’m not sure I can get it off without a pry bar.

It took a couple weeks due to them needing to CNC the dual injector runners because it’s the first one for a Gen 3 Hemi. The thing is a work of art. The whole point of this one in particular is the dual injector setup that will allow us to start out on ethanol and move to methanol. Even the big 2600cc injectors are not enough to push the TT on ethanol past a point. Let alone Meth. We talked about the big 500 lb Atomizers for the Meth but I question how those would work with the ethanol to start. Anyway… we’re running 2200’s in there now and can just double up on those. Significant cost savings doing that over a expensive set of Atomizers.

When the decision was made on the turbos, the first question was what to do with injectors. I wanted to start conservative and stay with the ethanol and I was thinking that we could make some good power with ID2600’s. Those are expensive and not going to be enough to move to methanol though. That’s a lot to spend on something that you are going to replace. The big atomizers are the answer to that but what about start up and low speed control on ethanol with a 5000cc capable injector. Lol. I don’t know. I’ve had people tell me to skip straight to the Meth, but I want to work up this. We can make up to about 2000hp with the E90 Then EGT’s start to become a issue and the Meth is calling. Goal is 2500hp ultimately. I saw the dual injector option giving me the most flexibly and this new intake offered that so… here we go. I guess we’ll see 🫣

Back in 2009 when I made 2000 hp it was on pump e85 summer. Went 7.30’s. 16 gal per min cable driven pump with the mike Moran injectors. Turns out they were jacks renamed. Things are different now. Computers can run 16 injectors. My new intake I could have done 16 8 for pump gas 8 for e85. You are a smart man you got this.

The big D&D guys running Morris' SMX are running 3 injectors per cylinder - 2 for meth/race, one for street/gas. Fuel Tech, not sure what model.

Back in 2009 when I made 2000 hp it was on pump e85 summer. Went 7.30’s. 16 gal per min cable driven pump with the mike Moran injectors. Turns out they were jacks renamed. Things are different now. Computers can run 16 injectors. My new intake I could have done 16 8 for pump gas 8 for e85. You are a smart man you got this.
Lol. Lot to learn. The cable drive pump you mentioned is now a part of the conversation starting to happen 😵‍💫. Another reason I want to stick with the ethanol to start. My 7gpm Aeromotive is good for that 2000hp on ethanol. Not even close with the meth.

That’s one of the things that running the stand alone ECU’s like the Dominator can do. We will be using one for start/idle/low speed and start bringing in the second one on boost as requirements dictate.

I don’t understand why people don’t use motec can’t get a better ecm
I don’t think motec has big hemi support not sure about Ls. Motec is real big in the 4/6cyl world

You can get a Holley dominator with basically a plug and play hemi harness
