I got some bar stock from ace hardware...I'm inpatient and didnt want to wait.But anyway the stock is 5/16th.x24" long.the dowels that you need are 8mmx24mm so I just cut what I wanted and made my own 5/16th is 7.90mm. I used mine because I knew that would help centering s/c and heads and since I done my install myself it helped lining everything up
