You have to be on your toes when you drop ~1,000lb of mass out of the front of a car while it's up on a lift...

I live in farm country you would not believe how dirty it gets just sitting

o yes I always do a wiggle check on the way up. I also pull forward a little extra

Mine was off balance just from having the transmission out, back when I had a lift. Would always bias the weight towards the front. Back to being cold 🥶

It does exactly what is it supposed to....my ocd kicks in though and wish the actual thermostat housing was available when I got it that added that feature but it makes belt and pulley changes a lot easier when needed

The newer housing is polished or color matched as desired and this oem one is looking pretty sad even though I tried to polish it up a while back

That was beautiful Sally, she died suddenly in my wife's arms 8 years ago at 9 years old. Apparently she had a problem, probably her heart. While all dogs like to run ahead when you go on walks, Sally would always lag behind. We thought it was her nature/personality, but after the fact we think it was a symptom. It was a great 9 years...
