Say, that crate most likely was shipped straight to you or your dealer, from the "vendor" that built it. SOMEWHERE on the crate labels or shipping info should be the vendor's name and probably address. Can you check that out and let us know what you find? Early on, I heard it was BES Racing, but later on I heard that didn't work out and there was no mention who the successor to them was. Dying to know...

I can not find anywhere where it says. There is the box of goodies in the crate and that hasn’t been opened so there may be something in there.

That would be fun but I’m making a lot more than that now so I’m afraid I’d end up building on it. That thing is a bit pricey to start with to just turn it into another race motor. I think it’s best to leave it a special street motor.

Oh, I think you could add a couple of turbo to it and be in the 5 second range. Of course, more chassis / roll cage work might be required. Yeah, never mind. Where does it end?

Some have car seats for the kids.... Stinky has monkey bars. 🐵 Actually.... all that is the triangulated support for the 4-link attachment underneath. Those bars go through the floor and have the link brackets on the end. The 2x3 crossmember can be seen in the floor with the attached floor bars. The removable door bars have been replaced with half of the X that will be added along with the funny car hoop to finish the 7.5 second cert. You can also see the sheet metal firewall including the package tray area to meet the NHRA requirements for having a fuel cell in the trunk.
