Car ran 10.02 this morning first pass. Then did back to back 10.12's with the 2-3 hiccup. I am surprised it hiccupped with the heavy wheel & tire setup.

Outstanding Ron ! (y)

Are the "heavy wheel & tire" the factory wheels and factory drag radials on all four?

They are somewhere in between. This setup is 60 pounds heavier than the Win Lites and Hoosiers. For instance the stock wheel and tire is 58 pounds and on the front this setup is 45.2 pounds and the rear is 52.8 pounds. More info at the beginning of this thread on what the front is. 18X5 Forgestar F14 and Sportsman SR front skinny. Rear is a Stock Demon Wheel with a Hoosier Drag Bracket Radial 29.5/11.5R18.

THIS PIC I JUST TOOK FOR YOU

Those Demon wheels on the rear are just about perfect. I want to get a set.

I had a really good time I ended up winning the 10.5 index class so I'm really happy about that and I ended up just deciding to go ahead and go home............ everything worked out really well the truck and trailer and everything is working really good the car still has issues but I will get that figured out.......I really like the MSHS Folks. The Series and Dan VanHorn.

Ron, what backspace/offset are you running on your Win Lite 17x10? I ordered the widebody spec, but they seem spaced too far out at 5.125 bs.

Will see what Ron says but the narrow back spacing is around 6.5 so I'm thinking they are close

5.125 is correct for a wide body. You are going from a stock 11" wide to 10" wide. So they split the difference. But there is so much room on the inside I would have took advantage of that to tuck the tire in a little. The Wheels I had Weld make for me were 5.5" backspace. Stock backspace is 5.875 (11"wide rim).

I think I'm going to have BS make me a set with a little more backspace. Thank You Sir. Awesome car. IMG_0529.JPG IMG_0535.JPG

Depending on the size tire you will be running you can just put the narrow body BS wheel on. Ron has pics of his car somewhere in this thread of his SS w the narrow body wheel on it. Looks good.

Is there any difference in the rear? On the widebody's are they only changing the backspacing to move the wheels out? If so why not go with a 11" wheel with narrow body backspacing? Then it would be tucked in
