I have a lot of street testing to do before I send it to the track. Hoping for a local visit later this month just to get its feet wet again lol.

What are you looking at for maximum boost? If you don't mind my asking.
I’m targeting rwhp at this point due to the stock trans. My plan is an everyday boost setting around 15psi to use on 93/e70/e85 and float around 950 wheel.

20psi will be the next level, which should be high 1000’s. That will be the kill mode for daily use.

We’ll see what psi sets 1100-1150 range. That will be an e90 only scenario.

Yes, but even with no filters they are up there pretty good.

Looks to be as far up as you can get. I don't think there is much more room to add pipes. You z guys seem to be doing everything correctly. The out come is going to be amaizing. Time fer a cock tail. Shine and shake. Oh, the Pinellas County cops came by at 5 30 today. Serve me papers to confenscape my gun z ammo. Guns are gone now they took what they thought was all my ammo. What is up??

Some initial tuning from today. Pretty happy with the results so far. We had the charge pipe blow out on the higher HP pull, so it didn’t get to “peak”. Tuesday they will check for exhaust leaks that they may have heard on a pull and tweak anything needed. The “base boost” setting I was shooting for is all set. We’ll see what it does on a full pull with 19-20psi. They maybe try 1-2lbs after that to see.

Most gas setups don’t pay a ton of attention to drive pressure until you get quite a bit higher in the boost, but it’s always an area that I’m interested in. Not enough credit is given to the drive-to-boost pressure, it’s critical to me.

@FFBOS - what are your gates set at? Can you make a pass at 11psi to show these guys what turbos make on stock boost?
How does it feel on the street?

I don’t have it back yet.

They are going to check for any boost leaks in the exhaust Tuesday hopefully. We will make a couple more pulls to verify all is well. Want a clean pass on the 20psi setting. Then one or two more at 22-23psi probably to see if we can use that for an e90 only scenario. He has some drive tuning to do with it still before I get it back.

I don’t plan to “use” a boost setting around 10 psi, but I believe the base gates are at 7-8psi. I may have this available for when I need the car to be in “valet” mode.

Turbos on these cars are usually 30hp per psi I think? So just subtract 120 from 959 and its be close.

Gotta be close as you don't have the drive loss of the blower anymore...

I know Satera was claiming upwards of 100-150hp from just gutting the blower on a compound setup and using it for the IC core only...sounds about right.

I know from the dealer and the Dodge Dude that came down from up north,,,, that the exhaust got so hot it burnt the converters and the gasgets.. Fuel rails and fuel pumps. These guys took great care of this situation,, so if need be. Do not hesitate to throw up the flag. They are watching. Good people.

Yea, looks to be 30 per, we shall see. Hopefully it sees the dyno tomorrow again and we can button it all up aside from some daily driver street tuning. I want to see the clean pass at 19-20psi.
