952C2E72-F790-4FDB-BEEF-2F0937003C6F.jpeg We found the exhaust leak. It appears Hellion didn’t drill out the small far left hole, so the shop drilled it and put a fresh gasket on. Hopefully having the extra clamping there does the trick…

Dyno tuning all done. We are going to use these 3 settings for now. I’m amazed at how stout the 18psi setting is.

Street tuning is next and then I should have it home in the next couple days.

Can’t wait to see how you like it on the street. And of course watch it rip down the track.

75hp per PSI between 900ish and 1200ish.

Bananas. I should've went turbo instead.

The boost comes on pretty hard later in the RPMs - is that because of how they loaded the dyno? Turbine size? Tune?
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always been a “lag for traction, top end for action” guy… and the power you have is right where you need it to get down the track, but wasn’t sure if you wanted more down low for the street.

That's how turbos are. They have a small lag time,, then boom. Off you go. It has a nasty wine you can hear. Very distinct.

Some of that "might" be from additional timing on good fuel? Still very efficient indeed. Would be interesting to see an overlay of the 18psi on the turbos vs your best on the supercharger setup. The later onset of the torque will likely help getting off the line.

Second this. As I am a data driven mofo.

The dyno throws it off for sure and I’m told between my tires and how he has the timing coming in the messes with the graph a bit.

This is all on pump ethanol. E80 to be exact. Timing isn’t nutty currently. It peaks at 22 degrees, but won’t get there unless I’m e80. We are going to have one extra setting for 20psi that I’ll run with e90.

Overlay would be interesting though. Or just post a pic of complete old dyno run at 18psi next to the pic of new dyno run side by side.

Going to be a wild ride on the street when boost kicks in;) Are you doing boost by gear? That should help a LOT out of the hole at the track or on the street.
