Just picked up package at the dealer today!!! I called last week and was told this week. I called yesterday and was told they would get back to me. I called them today, not expecting to hear from them. So yea, I’m good to go, got my parts. Only thing bothering me is now that I have the tracking number from the carton, I run it on the ups website which tells me that it was shipped 9/29 and delivered to the dealer on 10/2, almost 2 weeks ago. Do I bitch up to management or let it slide? Ordinarily I’m not a ball breaking kind of guy and would probably just let it slide. Who knows, maybe this is the third one delivered, and these pricks were selling them to their friends and reordering? It is plausible. The guy who I spoke with last week must have known it was there. Thoughts?
Did you have to cancel going to a big race because you didn't have your seat delete in? Did you RACE and lose because you didn't have your seat delete in? If no to both of these, then let it go. I have a regular dealer I go to and they treat me good as much as possible. There have been some mess ups from time to time and I've never busted their chops for it. I could tell they really appreciated it and try that much harder the next time to make up for the previous screw up. Life is too short to stress over this. JMO

Anyone else having a rough time getting the T50 star bolt out on the bottom of the seat belts.
I’ve tried everything and they won’t come out.
I watched speedy’s video on it as well.
Any tips on how to get them loose?

I was able to break mine loose with just a 3/8 breaker bar. Once I got a few turns on it my 3/8 DeWalt impact spun it out no problem. A few of them were tough.

Just slip a pipe over your ratchet. Floor Jack handle, whatever. They will break free.

Them are tight with lock tight on them I had 2 slightly used T50 lisle bits broke them the rest of the way. Harbor freight junk tools in most cases but with a 3/8 breaker bar got them loose then did my rigid impact to finish it up. Good luck!!

Did you guys leave or take off the plastic side panels when you removed the T50 bolt?

I’ve used both. Black ones and the gray/silver ones.
It’s alittle bit of user error too.
I got the passenger side done now I’m on the driver side. Don’t buy the T50 from auto zone. I stripped that one real fast. Gonna hit it again tomorrow morning with the Harbor Freight crap.

I used the HF T50 also & it worked, I guess you know that it has to be perfectly straight & engaged all the way in, I used my 1/2" drive torque wrench to break them loose for a few turns, then used my cordless ratchet the rest of the way.

Had a buddy that had a issue with one of his & he messed it up so bad that he ended up having to drill it out, what a PITA that was for him, so don't do that.

Finally all done! 6”1 and about 220lbs I’d say screw the install lol. Overall looks good. Quality of the kit I give it a 7.5.
Anyone else that does the install them selves be carful of scratching the panels when you pop them off to remove seat belts.
StinkEye gave me a heads up to remove the passenger seat. That made it much easier to install the kit.
