Coolant? < 50. Worm clamps work fine. Use the good plush copper pipe insulation, not the thick styrofoam kind. Get it at Lowe’s or Home Depot

I can shut my chiller off and it’ll keep the coolant cool for 30 minutes with stock capacity

Need and want are not the same thing..... I know (5) different ppl who have interchillers. (3) Trackhawks and (2) Hellcats. ALL have the upgraded pump.... ALL.

No one NEEDS a chiller but if u want it to work more effeciently buy the upgraded pump! And stick to the pipe insulation listed its used on all of their vehicles as well. Dont try to reinvent the wheel basic Polyethylene is what u want and its cheap and u dont have to go to home deport u can order right from Amazon..,....

One of my buddies did spray this stuff on before applying the foam. I did not but seems like a good idea. https://rectorseal.com/gulfcoat-group/

Nice, I have it and haven’t upgraded it. Know others as well. No reason to unless you have an aftermarket tank, and even then it’s not needed. If you have an IHI supercharger it will not matter.

Zip tie it - don’t glue the insulation on

I use metal zip ties not sure if that matters or not but it sure did look nicer lol.

Some of the insulation pieces u can buy already are already double sticky sided to help stay together but it gets hot in there and it tends to break down and not hold up very well so thats why I use the metal zip ties but im sure the plastic ones work just fine.....

Yes make sure u insulate the lines behind the front bumper and be careful with those lines there thats where leaks tend to occur. Make sure ur using good pipe thread on all ur fittings. Take ur TIME! Dont rush ull have leaks I guarentee it if u do.

And make sure ur buying the stage II Chiller setup. Ripatuned sells a complete setup with tanks and all but I think its for the Durango. Might want to give him a shout and see if has one for the Hellcat. Would surely be a much easier install as everything is basically plug and play....

I get mine down in the 20s with the drag valve 40s without. No extra fan nothing, just the ic chiller kit and insulated ALL of the lines. Vacuum fill the system and check leaks first and you’ll save yourself a lot of headaches. Use plastic zip ties, easy to cut and cheap if you have to redo anything ever. Have had my ic chiller for a year, hasn’t skipped a beat

Yeah I have the crash bumper, aux.tank and the 3 way valve. The insulation I'm not sure about because I dont want water to drip on to the track. I think the only line I dont want insulation on is the liquid line. I have been looking at some of y'all set up to get the idea
