Likely just tire paint markings, all have them from factory, like spray paint. They makeup a code the factory uses for tracking components during assembly. It has likely worn off the part that contacts the road surface, leaving only the markings in the groove, which will appear odd by themselves.

Ive never seen them inside the sipes before. The paint stripes are normally on the ‘lugs’ and near the outer edge of the tire. Also I've never seen tan. Usually it’s red/green or yellow. To me that’s not the striping that normally comes from the factory. Just my opinion, I’m not an expert.

It's not the stripes, it's a painted code that identifies the tread during production, something like E275GB. The code varies by maker, but all use similar identifiers. Usually about 2 " tall sprayed letter/numbers.

I actually got a response from Perelli, that said that same thing yesterday, but there was no way to add in the pictures in the contact form. So without any visuals, just in my question about strange stripes, they said everything was fine.

I responded to their email with the pictures and said if they were blue, pink, etc. I'd agree, but these look different (@Kwalski's explanation makes sense as to why it looks strange now). I just got a second response saying to take it to a dealer and have it inspected.

I'll see if the local dodge dealer can See me soon.

Most likely tread wear indicator bars are small, raised bars found within the grooves of your tires between the tread markings. They are placed all around the tire at different points to measure how evenly your tread is being worn down. Wear indicators varies by tire manufacturer....

Those are def not tread wear bars. Theyre not raised like wear indicators are.

I've seen that kind of markings on tires before, but never did pay any attention to them. Surely they serve purpose, but not for me. And there's nothing I can do about them being there anyway.

It's official - apparently I'm a Hellcat hypochondriac. Had the tires checked out at a Pirelli vendor tire shop. No cracks, bulges or cords showing. They said it's factory marking, just that Pirelli does theirs differently. Then he said to keep an eye on it and if cracks or anything show up, come back in.

So, I'm good to go to drive to Bowling Green on Wednesday.
