Well... I put myself in your shoes for a few seconds and the first thing that popped into my head was.... Lemon Law/ fix it or take it back. The thing has a documentable glitch that impacts the way the car runs. It shouldn’t do that and yet there it is. There’s nothing that says going full throttle somehow is outside of the car being expected to perform right or their responsibility to fix it or take it back if they can’t change it. Is there?
