Today was a work day on the Super Stock.
Catch can, jacking pucks, rock guards, and the diff. brace installed on both SS's.
I need to clean it up, it's filthy from the drive home from the dealer.
Pulls cleanly to 6400 RPM for as long as I wanted to hang onto it.
Next thing is to get it weighed.
I'm really liking this car VS. the Redeye.

It's surprising how different the same basic pile of parts feels with the different suspension settings and shifts, isn't it?
I have a set of Nitto 315/35-20 DR's that have been on all 3 of my cars at one point. Both of the RE's would do that crappy wheel hop and then hesitate on the shift anytime I got after them hard on the street. The SS either hooks pretty good and just goes or, if I really want to do a 500 rolling burnout, it'll light them up smoothly and just keep shifting gears until I remember that my reflexes aren't what they once were and I lift.

I love my superstock. Since 2017 I've owned these. 2017 zl1 camaro, 2019 redeye, 2020 gt500 track pack 2021 superstock. The superstock is my favorite. The gt500 was my least favorite. This superstock just feels crisp, transmission shifts are amazing. Car feels stronger than my redeye did.

It’s way lighter then a AGM for sure but mine does not like 20F starting. My cats out side under cover while I’m installing a turbo kit on the kids car, was in the 20’s for a few nights, cars on a C-tek Lipo charger, 20F startup try it wouldn’t turn it over. Put the AGM back in started right up. I took the DCR inside, on the C-tek over night, did a load test on it, said 1100 CA. They not like the cold or is mine bad?
